Behind Flot Vif, one person: Paul Roulleau comes to see you, sees your website through to launch and stays reachable afterwards. A text, a call or an email: you get a reply within 24 hours.
Based in Hirel, on the edge of the bay, he has been passionate about web development since 1998 and is a customer relations specialist, committed above all to customer satisfaction. He has worked for brands such as AXA, MAAF, Groupama and Bouygues Telecom, and carried out consulting assignments. He also designed turf.bzh, an analysis website for the horse-racing world, whose chat assistant handled more than 60,000 questions.
A photographer, from the bay out to the open sea, he can photograph your premises, from the ground and from the air: your website will only show your photos or ours.

How you pay
You pay for the website once, and it belongs to you. To stay visible on the internet, it has to be hosted: with us, at €9 per month, no minimum term, or with the host of your choice, to whom we hand it over ready to publish. The domain name, your website's address, costs €5.99 the first year, then €9.35 a year; if you already have one, we connect it to your new website.
Nothing to pay before you have seen the mock-up. Then, in 1 payment or 3 instalments at no extra cost: a third on order, a third on delivery, a third 1 month later.
None of the options is compulsory; only hosting, with us or elsewhere, is needed for your website to be online. Later on, each change on request costs €9.

What if I don't like the mock-up?
You pay nothing. The mock-up is free and commits you to nothing: you decide after seeing it.
Why such a low price?
We are a new studio building a portfolio of our first 5 websites around the bay. One point of contact, no sales staff, our own production tools: you get the same work as at the full price of €690. In return, we feature your website in our portfolio. This price applies until 31 December 2026.
Are there any costs after the website is built?
Only for the options you choose. You pay for the website once: €299 instead of €690, in 1 payment or 3 instalments at no extra cost. After that, if you wish, hosting and maintenance cost €9 per month, no minimum term, and the domain name €5.99 the first year, then €9.35 a year. Without hosting, we hand over the files and you host your website wherever you like.
How much of my time will it take?
One hour for the visit, the time it takes you to review it once, then a hand-over on site. Your website goes live about 21 days after you approve the mock-up, depending on how quickly you review it. Copy, translations and publication: we take care of the rest.
I don't have any good photos.
You give us your photos, or Paul photographs your premises: the basic pack at €29, or the extra pack at €39 with aerial views when regulations allow. The retouched photos belong to you. Never stock images.
Can I edit my website myself?
No, and that is deliberate: a website without an admin panel is faster and safer. You send us the change by email or by phone. With hosting, 1 simple change per quarter is included; beyond that, each change on request costs €9 and is done within 48 hours. The files remain yours: nothing stops you from handing them to someone else.
Who writes the English, German and Dutch versions?
We do, just like the French: the copy is written for your trade, not translated word for word. You read everything before it goes live, and we correct whatever does not suit you, in every language.
Do I need an online shop or a booking engine?
No. Your pieces, your rooms or your menu are presented in 4 languages, and a form receives the enquiries: bookings, bespoke orders, quote requests, group visits. They land in your inbox, with no commission.
I'm already on Booking.com or TheFork. Why do I need a website?
Keep them: they bring you customers. Your website is for those who look you up by name, compare before booking or prefer to write to you directly: they find your photos, your prices and a form, and their enquiry lands in your inbox, with no commission. If a visitor wants to book right away, your website links to your current booking engine or shows it on the page: that is included in the price.
I don't run a guesthouse, a restaurant or a shop: is this for me?
Yes. Trades, service companies, producers, small businesses around the bay: if you want more visibility and new customers, the method is the same. A one-hour visit, a free mock-up, then a website written to be found on Google and in ChatGPT, in 4 languages if your customers speak them.
How much does the assistant cost?
€49 set-up, then about €0.02 per message on average. You top up with as many messages as you like, and you are warned when your credit is running low: never a surprise bill. A quiet season costs you almost nothing. It answers from your information, in 4 languages, and refers visitors to you when it does not know.
Where does my data go?
Your website and the enquiries from your form are hosted by OVH SAS, in France, with no cookies or trackers. If you take the assistant, your visitors' questions are sent by default to Mistral AI, a French company, which writes the answers in the European Union and does not use them to train its models; we do not keep their content. The provider remains your choice: you can ask for DeepSeek, which processes questions in China, outside the European Union; that choice is then written on your order form.
I already have a website, or a domain name.
We keep your domain name and your email addresses. The new website replaces the old one, at the same address.
What happens to my website if Flot Vif stops?
It stays yours. The domain is in your name, and you receive all the files within 15 days, free of charge: any host can put it back online, with no software to buy.
