What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It collects what you enter in the contact form: your name, the name of your business, your town, a way to reach you and, if you wish, a message. Like any server, our hosting also keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for 8 days to keep the site secure; legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site. Messages sent to the assistant are handled as described below.

Why

This data is used only to answer your request and arrange a visit. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form.

For how long

It is kept for 12 months at most, then deleted. It is never passed on to anyone.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@flotvif.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

The assistant

If you use the assistant on this website, your messages are sent to DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.), a Chinese company, which generates the answers on its servers in China, outside the European Union. China is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission: your messages are not protected there to the standard of EU law. By sending a question, you accept this transfer; if you do not wish to, please use the contact form, whose data stays in France. DeepSeek may keep these messages and use them under its own terms, including to improve its services. We do not keep the content of conversations, only a technical counter, linked to a fingerprint of your IP address, to prevent abuse. Please do not enter personal data: to be called back, use the contact form. For our clients' websites, the default provider we offer remains Mistral AI, a French company, in the European Union.

Hosting

Data is hosted in France by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
