Gîtes and B&Bs · Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel
Your gîte or B&B, booked direct, in 4 languages.
Your guests compare on their phones, often in English, German or Dutch. A website in your own name shows them your rooms, your prices and the bay, and their date request lands in your inbox, with no commission.
€299 instead of €690 for our first 5 clients, until 31 December 2026.
Paul Roulleau visits you for 1 hour, nothing to sign on the day. Your mock-up within 3 working days, nothing to pay if you say no.
What you gain
A website that fills your rooms, not the platform's.
Found, in 4 languages.
Copy written to be found on Google and in ChatGPT, in French, English, German and Dutch, by travellers planning their stay around the bay.
Your rooms, as they really are.
Your photos or ours, taken on site: the view, the breakfast, the garden, and your surroundings from the air when regulations allow. Never stock images.
Date requests, direct.
A simple form: dates, number of guests, pet or not. The request lands in your inbox, you reply yourself, with no commission.
Answers at night, as an option.
The assistant answers your guests' questions at 11 pm, in 4 languages: directions, pets, breakfast, distance to the Mont. When it does not know, it hands over to you.
An example
Maison Marnage, a fictional B&B facing the bay.
In 4 languages, easy to read on a phone, with the rooms, the prices and a date request in 2 minutes. Open it on your phone: this is what your guests will see. Yours will start from your house, your words and your photos.
Fictional example made by Flot Vif. On your website, it will be your premises and your photos.
Questions
Questions from hosts.
I'm already on Booking.com or Airbnb. Why do I need a website?
Keep them: they bring you guests. Your website is for those who look you up by name, compare before booking or prefer to write to you directly: their request lands in your inbox, with no commission. If you already have a booking engine, your website links to it or shows it on the page: that is included in the price.
Do I need an online booking calendar?
No. The form receives date requests and you confirm them yourself, just as you would on the phone. You stay in control of your availability and of your exchanges with your guests.
My prices change with the seasons.
With hosting, 1 seasonal update per quarter is included: prices, opening hours, opening periods. Beyond that, each change on request costs €9 and is done within 2 working days.
I don't have good photos of my rooms.
You give us yours, or Paul photographs your house: the basic pack at €29, or the extra pack at €39 with aerial views when regulations allow. The retouched photos belong to you.
Who writes the English, German and Dutch versions?
We do, as we do the French: they are written for your guests, not translated word for word. You review everything before launch, and we correct whatever does not suit you, in every language.
